Our hypnotherapy CPD in Persona Therapy is an advanced form of Parts Therapy and is based on over 25 years developing this form of therapy. It has become a popular option for therapists seeking to expand their therapeutic repertoire. The approach differs from other ‘parts’ based therapies in the emphasis that is put on allowing the client to develop their own ‘personae list’.

True to the Eriksonian principle of ‘Utilisation’, this form of therapy allows the client to draw on their own inner resources, in the development of a ‘vincular’ self. The vincular self (from the Latin ‘vinculae’, to draw together) is the director of the life-play in which the personae play out their ‘scenes’. We will also introduce the student to the Matrix system for identifying conflicts, alliances, and threats amongst the client’s personae.

PSI Training have developed a unique model of therapy and this is reflected in our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses. We offer hypnotherapists the opportunity to study these at home through our distance learning CPD diploma courses. These distance-learning CPD courses are adapted from our weekend intensive Masterclasses, which have been running since the mid-nineties.

In addition, we continue to offer a variety of advanced one- and two-day Masterclasses run as face-to-face workshops which are open to all hypnotherapists and those with a psychotherapy background. These are advertised on our website and run throughout the year at a number of locations, including Newbury and Salisbury/Southampton. We also run bespoke Masterclasses for hypnotherapy groups, peer groups and corporate clients, throughout the UK and Europe.

All of our CPD courses are the culmination of over 40 years’ experience in the field of hypno-psychotherapy. All are certificated for CPD validation and are equivalent to 15 hours CPD study (with the exception of any one-day courses). They are all available as a Masterclass or by distance learning.
